Here's the story.....

Of a lovely lady who was bringing up three very lovely girls.....ok not really, but we really are like The Brady Bunch, if they had five girls and four boys and one of their kids was transgender. Other than that little fact we are that blended family who's kids are creepily close in age and our best friends with each other.  After a lot suggestions from friends about starting a blog I decided to go for it. What better way to celebrate our family and accomplishments than to share them with a bunch of strangers?! ;) in all seriousness this is something I have wanted to do since we were told our daughter Callie was transgender. I wanted this to be a place I could talk about all of the issues that go along with having a transgender child-and honestly just children in general! So I hope you are all ready to learn about blending a family, raising a transgender child, and dealing with adoption because our journey is just beginning.
